Hope everyone is getting on ok with training? I'm aiming to run on the 28th but have decided to raise money for Alzheimers association while I do it as that was my original plan for before covid! My lovely mother in law has Alzheimers. It has been ages since I did anything involving sponsorship so I was quite nervous but have already reached £60 in first day. I set a £200 target so got a bit of 'promoting' to do!! It also serves for making sure I do it too!!
I had to get some new trainers for going longer distance but can't get to a shop at the moment for gait analysis so I didn't spend loads and settled for some springy mizuno shoes. Hope you're all getting on ok too!

What a lovely idea. A great cause and a great motivator when the going gets tough (which it won't, because you'll have done all the hard work in advance 😊)
Great stuff Cowladyrunning ! I'm also hoping to use my HM to do some fundraising for the hospice that looked after my late brother-in-law and his family a few years ago, but I've not had the promised pack yet so am hanging fire on pleading for sponsorship for now.
