I did mine today too, yes I got a PB but my HR was awful, too bad to even mention here π...i'll be doing some sensible recovery runs for a couple of weeks I think.
Great run, have you done a lot of heart rate training? Mine tends to be in mid 160βs but feel comfortable. Seen a few friends on strava doing maffetone training, but to get down to 130βs Iβd have to be brisk walking π.
