I promise this is the last post - the final results of our spring 23 HUHM10k event.
We have loved every minute of this event.
Your enthusiasm has been amazing - and your running has been pretty good too!!!
π’
But, without further ado, let's announce our winners:
β @ReyC came in just five seconds faster than our clock time of 1:08:05, bagging first place in the 10K !!!
β Skiddle1 was just 10 seconds off the clock time of 2:19:10, to grab first place in the Half Marathon !!!
Woohoo!!! Congratulations to you both!!!
π’
β Further special mentions to 00marks who recorded the fastest HM time in a scorching 1:54 and Tabbles who recorded the fastest 10k time in a flying 50:25!!!
β Plus, a big shout out to those crazy few who recorded times for the double cheekychipmunks Cmoi Freecloud and TailChaser .
πππ
β Above all, to everyone who took part, a huge well done and massive thanks from us. Maybe see you to do it all again in the autumn!!!
You can find all the results here docs.google.com/spreadsheet... (apologies if I've made any mistakes, or left anyone off -please do let me know if you spot anything and I will get it amended).
The playlist and both the 10K and HM virtual routes in RunGo (plus those from previous years) are all still available if anyone wants to have a listen in future!
Happy running everyone !!!

Well done to the winners and indeed everyone who ran. And thanks again Linda to you and the brilliant team who organised this. Hope we can do it all again soon.
I did the double, I just forgot to tell you my times π€£π€£. 1:24 according to my watch, 1:27 officially and 2:30ish. Not fast or pretty, but heyβ¦ Thanks for organising! I finally got to the end of the playlist last night π€£ Itβs been a joy!
Thanks everyone for setting this up for us all . I enjoyed that run and am very happy with my middle of the field result.
Congratulations to those who ran the fastest times and those who won the random times, and basically everyone who took part to run and jeff their 10k or HM.
I think there's a gremlin going around doing weird things to not's and no's, as I think there's one snuck into the post above, too: "and your running hasn't been pretty good too!!!"
Congratulations to the winners and well done one and all ! Thank you Linda, Tailchaser and Cmoi for the brilliant organisation and providing so much fun. ππ
Well done to everyone, it was brilliant to be part of something with everyone who took part from HU! Thanks very much to all involved for making this happen.
Many congratulations to all our winners and well done to every single one of you who ran. It really was a brilliant event!
Iβm just so disappointed that I couldnβt join you. In fact I think Iβve been injured for every single one of these events π But next timeβ¦..
Thanks linda9389 , Cmoi and TailChaser for all the hard work and huge πππππ to everyone who took part. This wasnβt my quickest HM, but was my best by a mileβ¦thanks to everyone here β¦and Coach Brown and team I guess. πππ
Congratulations everyone, it was brilliant to be a part of. Thank you Linda and the team - fantastic organisation from you. I canβt wait for the next one! π₯³
