Yesterday my knee was whinging and threatening to spoil my run so I strapped it up and promised to take it steady. The weather was fine and by 1 mile in I felt comfortable. I enjoyed the commentary and also the raucous support I got from a field of rooks! I didn’t break any records but my knee played fair and I got home happy. It was a lot of fun so thank you Linda and all those who helped to organise it.
