Thanks to covid restrictions, I've waited 2 years to finally run a "real" half marathon event (the 12 previous times I've done the distance have just been me and my mate Strava) and, four days out from finally taking part, I get a twinge in my back.
Giving my final taper run tonight a miss, and hoping against hope that it eases off so that I can run on Sunday.
Feeling somewhat disgruntled at the moment as, whatever has brought this on, it isn't even running related.
