That’s a clever idea roseabi πŸ‘ I wonder why no-one though of previously? πŸ€” I wouldn’t want to put anything fizzy in it, the results could be very messy if you used it as a roller before opening it!πŸ˜‰

I was drinking water when I read your reply David_G! I nearly choked and I've had to wipe my phone dry 🀣🀣🀣

800ml makes it a big bottle with all that padding! I think not.

More for quenching thirst while you roll out those muscles post run, I suppose!

Interesting idea! Not tried foam rolling........heard it is very good though.

My physio said there are two schools of thought in the use of rollers. He gave me the impression that he was not in favour. Never used one either.

πŸ€” tricky when even β€˜experts’ disagree!!

I do it (sometimes) and do feel it benefits me but I don’t do it all the time. Helps remind the muscles to relax

My physio said I could have saved the money and used a rolling pin. I’ve tried it and it works! Wash before making pastry, though.

I was shown how to foam roll by a physio at hospital but with strict provisos never to roll knee and never ever on inflamed tissue. Also only for a few minutes only

I have rarely used it since and only for rehabbing calf tweaks

I think it’s more a post run wine cooler and roller. Dont fancy carrying that on the run

800ml... that could take a whole bottle of vodka! Which would help with the pain of the foam rolling. 🀣

Will be buying one.
