Hurrah ! Though I did it semi-jeffing - walking after each km run until heart rate got down to 140 (usually from around 170) - which sometimes was quicker or slower, depending on whether I was going uphill or downhill ! First 10 miles was back in January - slightly faster (pretty sure that was jeffing, too). My HM training never progressed from there. following small injury, never really got back to the long distances. Have done a few 10ks since then, including non-stop, 12km last week nonstop.... HM plan has 4 weeks left on it - target date is 31st July - but the next 3 runs are limited to 40 mins only. My Garmin thinks I've been overdoing it ! Let's see. I'm not really working on it, to be honest. Keep skipping runs and rescheduling them..... Have been too busy...

Plans are made to be adapted 😀 Sounds like you're doing a great job. Lots of plans only take you to 10 miles before the actual HM run, so don't be too concerned
