Went out for a run yesterday, didn’t feel up to the full distance that I had in mind but it’s definitely becoming more comfortable.
Today, I went out with the local running club, I usually miss their Sunday runs because it’s one of my rest days but with my training schedule being messed up right now it seemed a good opportunity.
I’m getting both pace and distance back so it seems that I’m well on the way to recovery. <smiley face (the emoticons don't seem to be available at the moment so this will have to do)>, oh! hang on; there's always the old system

Thanks for asking SkiMonday . I've ended up spreading the first six weeks over seven, and I'm still one long run behind, as we took a couple of days' holiday before I hit the current super-busy period at work. Did 23k today, with 756m elevation and a couple of unexpected but very welcome PBs. Still have seven weeks' leeway in the plan, though it won't stay that way!
