A quick hello!

Just a quick hello and apologies for not being around. For those who haven't seen, I'm in Canada after a long and difficult battle with immigration and Public Health Canada (who really don't want to let anyone in during this pandemic). My mother passed away yesterday but by then I had been here 8 days, three of which were pretty good.

I'm a little ashamed to say that I broke quarantine first thing this morning for a run in the fresh air by the water (no people around). Good for the soul.

I will be back on here properly soon, and back to stalking you on strava! In the meantime, happy running everyone. Hope you have a happy, sunny, runny weekend.
