I think trying new things and being happy to change is great, maximises your chances of success ππ»π
Yes Jo your right.Always believed that it is all about continuous improvement. If you are not, you are at best standing still or in reality going backwards.I am laughing of course Jo βhe of the laughing lamp posts.βIn my case tbh it is the only option for me at the moment.I do hope to get to 8-9 hour trots. So a continuous M & U( min).πββοΈπππβ€οΈπͺππ«β‘οΈ
Plans are ever evolving in my experience- I never quite know what will happen next. All we can do is go with the flow, moving forwards, whatever it takes π
So true Linda.πAs a senior( prefer Flossβs name masterππ)I have decided to adopt two repair days minimum between runs.Reduce risk on the basis that masters ( oldies) take longer to repair anyway and particularly from injury.Atb Linda.I am ducking and diving and itβs fun.ππ
