Its not an official PB as its not in a race but ground out a new 5k PB last weekend. Last 800m were a bit lung busting but managed to hold on with some tunes going! Looking forward to when the road races come back...could probably shave a few more seconds of when running along side real people π
I'm currently half way through a 10k plan where the focus is about sustaining pace. Start strong. Finish stronger πͺ

If it says itβs a PB on Strava itβs a PB, thatβs official enough I think. Although, wearing those fancy shoes makes it a bit suspect ππ Well done Windoze, youβre doing brilliantly πͺπͺπͺ
Not counting parkrun, I've only taken part in two official events (and the 5k Race for Life isn't timed), the last of which was the Edinburgh 10k in November 2019, so all my PBs are "unofficial" but as far as I'm concerned, they all count.
Great pace from you there though, I'm about a minute per km slow than that at my fastest.
