Had a bit of a 'meh' day yesterday so planned a rest day today before heading into a new month with fresh motivation. Then I spotted I was just 6km off running 100km in January. I couldn't end the month like that!!
Ran 6k including a 8x1min intervals workout courtesy of NRC got home, uploaded to Strava to discover I was 100m short of that 100km Strava Badge π€¦ββοΈ
A quick drink, stretch out, then a 500m dash around the block.
Felt so good! A massive turn around from last night's low feeling, so I'm pumped and raring to go into next month's #FitFeb focus. I also jumped on the scales and have hit my weight goal, shredding 12lbs in 21days.
