I wonder how many of these ring true with you. I’m glad to see number 17 on there πŸ˜…

17 works with pain as well as fatigue. I thought number 1 is worth remembering as well.

Interesting reading. 19 and 20 for me. I've spent a lot of time in the past few weeks trying to get my footfall and posture right to make my running more efficient. And every day I run I'm grateful. πŸ™

8/10/12 for me, enjoying my surroundings, meetings with strangers, just a hello here and there or a nice chat, lots of photos of beautiful scenery, enjoying nature. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜ 17 is a good one, everything feels better when you smile, if it doesn't, plaster a huge grin on until it makes you laugh out loud, which is always good for you 🀣

I think 9 and 11 are basically the same? Anyway, I don't do them πŸ˜€ I don't like to run naked (in either sense) - I want to keep a record of all my runs! But I do sometimes switch my Garmin to a watch face that just shows the time like a normal watch, so I don't get hung up on my pace. I never listen to music or podcasts, and I've had a go at Strava Art and I think I'll leave it for the enthusiasts 😊😊😊

1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 are me 🀣

I think I read 9 as a group run and 11 as running with one or two friends? I’ve moved from 9 to 11 and more solos this year, mostly due to covid. 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 15,16, 18, and 20 are things I can identify with for sure. Mostly though I just toss my brain out when I go for a run and see what happens :). 8 is one that when it happens it makes me look forward to the next adventure.

Definitely number 3 for me. Earlier this year I was able to run by the sea / beach and I absolutely loved it ❀ πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Number 9 for me - I’m definitely a social runner, which is why I love parkrun and taking part in races. Number 17 as well , a smile goes such a long way - not only do you feel better, it will brighten up the day of everyone you come across.

I smile at every person I pass on my runs. Most smile back and it makes me feel good. πŸ˜ƒ

Thanks for posting this RunBrianRun . I can relate to 8, 10, 12, 13, 17 and 20.

Anyone else noticed, though, that the article originally seems to have been posted in December 2019 as advice for 2020? Is this Covid-enforced rebranding?!
