We all love numbers, isn't it? More so when they are in our favour. Nov 2020 is the best running month, since I started running. I almost got all my PR except pace. Here are some numbers :
Total KM Run - 254 (previous was 242 in July 2020)
Longest distance - 23 KM (previous best was 21.5 in June 2020)
Longest duration - 3 hour (previous best was 2 hour 45 min in June 2020)
Total Number Of Steps - 624000 (previous best was 610000 in July 2020).
Above all what I like most is, I improved my heart rate and VO2Max (if that matters).
And finally I signed up for my first full marathon, hopefully I'll be able to finish it (next 6 month).
I am enjoying these days also winter is helping, not too much effort due to low temperature. Only issue is leaving bed and get ready for run early morning 😊.
Hopefully I'll be able to continue.
