I've been keeping a bit of a low online profile, and I've gone old-skool and got myself an actual diary to record my non-gps-able workouts in (and the windsurfing, which although perfectly gps-able I keep forgetting to record it)!! It's purple 😄 I'm also revisiting the barre workouts (Suzanne Bowen Fitness) that were one of my staples from before I started running, and a huge fitness and work inspiration to me!
Anyone else revisiting something old?
And although I'll miss the lovely summer weather, I admit I'm really looking forward to some cool, crisp Autumn and Winter running - who's with me??
