Fantastic Run46 you clearly enjoyed that and worked hard for your PBππ Itβs amazing how much more we can do than we first think weβre capable of!π
Iβm glad the slow running training worked out for you, as Iβm doing the sameπ
Thanks David, running a decent paced 10 miles wasn't exactly in the plan at only 2 weeks in but I'll pick it back now...hopefully I won't have set myself back!
Iβm not doing too badly Run46, still getting used to concentrating on my heart rate rather than distance/pace π Itβs harder than youβd think, isnβt it?π Iβm also doing faster runs and intervals for a bit of variety!π
Thanks TailChaser, they're few and far between these days...remember the good old days when we 1st started running when virtually every run was a PB π
Fabulous, you're a seasoned runner, you can take anything in your stride and smash it - well done. (Loved the photo and hm medal on an earlier post) x ππππ₯³
Woohoo!!! What a fantastic run. The low HR training has already given your legs a bit of a rest and you made the most of it pushing on for the PB!!! I'm guessing you prefer to skip the badge again? but will add you to the Woohoo board now.
Thanks Linda, I was thinking the same...too early for the lower HR training to have worked as it were but it had me starting out fresh πββοΈπ
I'll take the new badge please...as long as I get my HM one back when this is all over π€
