After a week of short runs following my HM and then 2 weeks of slow Zone 3 HR training I wasn't sure how ten miles would go down!
I needn't have worried, it was great to let my legs loose and until the last mile or so I felt pretty strong. 🏃♀️
After managing a decent pace for the 1st 10K I decided to stick with it if I could and push for a PB, which I'm pleased to say I managed 😅
Bottom of my left foot is aching a bit but apart from that on going issue I feel pretty good...great start to the day! 😊
