Hi all,

Managed to churn out 11k yesterday (1hr 31 mins). Was a bit creaky about 40 minutes in, but things soon seemed to settle down nicely. I love the bit where you just *know* you're going to manage it. Can I please have a woo hoo?

Yes, a massive WOO HOO to you PandaCory, well done on running 11K in just over a hour and a half, you should be very proud of yourself and celebrate your wonderful achievement with 🍷 or whatever you fancy. 😊 🏃🏾

I hope you have the word Graduate10 next to your username on the B210K forum, if not tell the administrators that you have ran 11K which still awards you with running 10K.

Haha thanks! I'm just in from a cheeky wee 6k 👍🏻🏃‍♀️ (trying out my new shoes 🤩). 4.5k doesn't sound like much when you put it like that...
