Me looking like a red beetroot towards the end of my 5K race the other week, I was in a lot of discomfort here! But was so worth it because I broke my PB! 😀

To be honest, I don't recognise in that photograph, a far cry from your normal happy smiling face in the other photos you post, congratulations on getting a PB.
