I'm back to HM distance! It took 25 minutes longer than my PR but at least I'm back (and 5 minutes shorter than the one I walked, that's always something in the back of my mind during an HM).
I've also knocked 10 minutes off my 5k time since January. Another 5 minutes and I'll be back to where I was at the end of C25k ๐ Still, I've only now started to up the pace a bit so it's going OK.
Think I should mention that I'm talking about two different runs here; I didn't up pace and distance on the same run!

Hi Linda. Yes, I am enjoying them. There's a different feel to running at a moderate heart rate compared to pushing myself. I think it's pushed me into the habit of doing most of my running at a moderate pace (which I should have been doing anyway). Still feels good to up the pace now and again though!
