Ha, ha, by the way I am still running, usually on a Saturday and Wednesday morning, this Monday morning I 🚴 cycled 21K, thats a half marathon distance round Broadwood Loch, five times including a further 3 kilometers near the loch, the reason I did that was IF and its a big IF I ever ran 21K I would know exactly how many times and where it would end, by coincidence the route ends at exactly the same place as the local 10K in September and Santa 5K dash in December finishes, I imagined being cheered coming up the last 50 metres, lol, there was no one else there.

The thought of running 21K makes me shudder, I think my legs would be like jelly, this morning after the 21K cycle ride my legs felt the same as if I had ran 10K.I burnt 463 calories compared to the 767 calories on the 10K last week.

As you told me Alan you would have to decrease your pace over the HM.You would then be superman.

I have lost my way a little but will get back on it.Most I have done is 25k.So hope to build up again to 30k and then go 35k and tick the Marathon.✅Been very tired recently so if I can get this done by June will be well pleased.
