Well, I'm on my longest running streak and don't know when I will (or should) stop! I once asked ages ago if running 5k a day was a good idea and I did 10 days last June and felt great. Now, I have done 16 days and don't feel like stopping this month. The sensation of being kept inside is still very recent. I go at a slowish pace compared with my normal runs before confinement but the last two days I have started to feel like I felt before. I can even cope with a business that has been closed for 9 weeks and won't get going again before the summer course in July..... as long as I can go out and run. Think I may be addicted, hope that's not a bad thing!!!

Not a bad thing at all Tjcp. Some addictions are beneficial, and I’d definitely class running as one of them. 😀 Go out and run. 😍
