Finally got out for a run!

Finally got out for a 5K run with Ian today, another one of my running buddies - we ran along a beautiful trail under a massive arched bridge and even got jumped on by a rather over-friendly dog hahaha! Was great fun and felt brilliant to get back out there and run after a bit of a break! And I get a medal out of it because I signed up for a virtual 5K race yesterday! 😀
