I have a lump on my shin that always tends to swell the more I run. If I try to run every day, it really tires, and it’s stopping me from doing distances/speeds I was used to. I have been told to cross train more. I rested for three weeks, but it just came back as I increased my mileage. I do plenty of squats and leg strengthening on freeletics. I am just totally unsure of what to do. Does anyone know any good stretched for this? Any other types of advice? I want to get the bounce back!

Hi! If I were you I would keep my mileage low, perhaps even stop running for a while, and try to speak to a doctor.
