I have absolutely zero doubt that you’ll complete your marathon Paul!

Just be extra extra careful between now and then, and don’t try to overdo things and aggravate that injury.

You’ve already run 20 miles (amazing 👏👏), and in true Paul style you’ll have the grit and determination to run the rest on the day - the crowds and atmosphere will push you along. 👍 👊 🏃‍♂️

I think it’s natural to get pre-marathon wobbles because we worry about the distance. When you’ve nailed the 20 miles in training that’s pretty much job done You’ve done that so you can keep keep systems ticking over til race day

The first marathon is a worry but you can rest assured that your training will get you round 💪👍🙂🏃‍♂️
