After my 10km today I developed a small lump and pain on my arch/instep which looking online seems like Tendonitis. Not particularly painful just a bit tender. I can walk around pretty much as normal.
Any suggestions/input would be helpful as to courses of action. May be related but I have previously had PF in my earlier running career which I eventually seemed to get over about 6 months ago.

I can't help either - must be one of the few injuries I haven't had 😂. However, I do hope it's something that heals quickly and doesn't cause you too much bother - sending healing vibes!
So sorry, that is horrid. I would recommend an early consultation with a physio. I go now as soon as I feel a niggle having found someone I trust and it makes a huge difference. Pricey and time-consuming but it does seem to save my ageing body from things getting worse. She is also honest about time out (or not) which I value. Sending healing vibes.
