Even though I have done 13miles twice the half marathon that am doing tomorrow is my official one were I get my medal to go with my collection which is coming on nicely so today porridge and banana for breakfast tuna pasta for my tea and one nice double protein shake for my dinner and another banana fuel up ready for my big day I will let everyone know with pictures plenty of energy drinks and gels in the morning and some more porridge and banana that should keep me going

Tuna pasta, porridge and nanas sound just great 😋. I eat a banana and a bowl of porridge every day without fail It’s second nature now
