This morning I went for a gentle 5k around the local park to loosen the legs before a 10k tomorrow - which seems short based on my last 3 weeks of 7.5 miles, 9 miles and 10.26 miles!!!
I’ve managed to run 35 miles in August, despite only doing 2 runs a week for foot pain 😊 it’s the furthest I’ve done in a month.
Foot pain acting up slightly so an afternoon of ice and rolling awaits - but first I’m off to Runners Need for a gait analysis and maybe some new trainers to celebrate my 10 miles!!!
