Tomorrow night along with my fellow running group buddies are taking part in the virtual race running 7.605k in memory of PC Andrew Harper who tragically lost in life in the line of duty.

Yep, the calf muscle is rested as I volunteered at Parkrun instead yesterday, so 🤞🏻.... it’ll be a very slow and steady one by my previous standards but that doesn’t matter.

Well done LUHAN!👏🏅 Yes, a great cause. I ran mine earlier this morning - paused my Garmin at 7.6k to take a photo and reflect, before finishing. Hopefully this run will spur you on to doing others - there are so many out there whether it's virtual, small local runs, Parkruns or mass participation (Great Run series are fab!). This one, however, felt very special. 😢x

Totally understand - I do run in events but all my training and weekly runs are on my own - and I have to say, they are usually the best ones! Take care.🙂x
