Well, I loved this (self-imposed) challenge apart from getting up early in my 2 weeks holiday. I got the same buzz as my first 5k, 10k and half marathon. Need more challenges that are just out of my reach so that I keep improving and so that my 4th half in October will be better than all the rest. Ideas welcome!!! :)

I could do with something like this though as currently I never go out for less than 70 to 90 mins πŸ€” Just no option before work and can be way too tired after at times... this working for a living really gets in the way of running! 😁

Hmmm. A trail 10K? An obstacle race (eg Tough Mudder)? Have a go at progression runs? - see pianoteacher's post healthunlocked.com/marathon... Try running longer? Do some burpees during your runs? πŸ˜„
