Hello Health Unlocked hive mind! I last ran 21km on March 11th. Lots of HM distance training runs in the months before then; but since then only 10km runs and a weekly parkrun. Ticking over, basically.
I fancy a nice long, steady run tomorrow. Should I go for HM, or build back up to it with something inbetween? My next event is GNR in September so no rush... but need to get my distance back up.
