How blessed are those who can give themselves the gift of running and indeed every run is a blessing.

This techie 🦕 has finally succeeded in setting up my first and probably only sports watch.Cannot believe what I had on my old iPhone 4 is on my wrist at a touch and of course much,much more.If I wished anything that is now on my new Xr iPhone and indeed more could be available on my wrist.

No pressure just pleasure.Must get playlists sorted with the free 3 month trial.How cool is lifting your wrist asking for a tune from your playlist and hey ho it plays.Talk about the magic forum well this is techie 🦕 magic.

Have not tried out the ECG facility yet, plenty time perhaps for that, 🙈🤣.

Continuous improvement is where it is at, for me anyway, and if you are standing still your going backwards.

Seriously and humbly everyone has there needs and what contents them in their joy of running,I just cannot contain my enthusiasm now and feel so blessed just to be able to pursue this passion.

As Floss says, There will come a day I will not run, Today is not that day.

Thanks! It must be my age showing. Back in the 70s, I’d watch cartoons where Dick Tracy talked into his watch. I think it was a TV too, but I don’t really remember.

Standing still will never be an option! And don't worry too much about tech stuff, my 'go-to' run tracker and music provider is still my trusted iphone 6 with no intention of changing or upgrading. Happy running!

This made me laugh mrrun.

I was back using my hand held iPhone 4 today with my plug pin in ear buds 🤔, wires trailing , Strava activated and timer.

Tomorrow the same, but timer set for half km target.😱👀💪🙈🤣
