Well , I have just completed the couch25k for the second time . I have been running at the Maidstone parkrun for the last 6 weeks or so doing around 34 minutes ish and really enjoying the run. I have now signed up to run the London parks half marathon in October so going to be upping the game over the next few weeks. Any advice or comments will always be gratefully recieved. I am going to use JuJus running plan to get me to 10k . Onwards and upwards
