Hello all,

Thanks for all the good wishes, here, after a bit of faffage are my flatmadge’s for the coming weekend in Edinburgh, and yes, that is the skort..........a bit of parkrun tourism to be done at Portobello - of course, it’d be rude not to......

And my agreed (I think....🤔) kit for Sunday’s HM.....weather looks like it’s going to be a bit damp, but it’s not going to be cold.....so cap to keep the rain off my specs and i’ll be fine......I hope 😱......(I’m in the purple wave - fabulous! the cap matches......😂)

Ooh, the excitement builds 😀. Forward planning is so necessary when racing away from home I think. Looking good there - all you need to add is a sprinkling of good luck wishes from your VRBs and a touch of magic race dust and you'll be off and having a blast 😍

Thanks Linda......I’m thinking.....oohh those shoes look a bit mucky and tired.....maybe a shopping trip when we get back.....😂......and I’m more bothered about packing the running gear than anything else.....😂🏃‍♀️

That’s very kind, not sure that I do really, l’ve got a gremlin that pops up every so often and says “you know, you don’t HAVE to run THAT far to keep fit, don’t you?”.........but here I am......again....
