Hi again, I know we all like a bit of bling and some goodies so here's my stuff from Sunday. I can't show you what was in the bag as that all found it's way down my very eager and willing gullet shortly after receipt!!

Well done. I use those bags to stash my smaller bit of run kit They hang from my medal hanger 😃

After one half marathon I was,given a bag which contained boring leaflets for glazing and finance companies. Not a trace of anything remotely edible 🙈😁
