Hi guys, I have five weeks until my first half marathon but apart from running a ten mile race in February and since then running 6 miles 3 times a week I have no specific training plan. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

Need a training plan
I'd increase one of those runs each week and reduce the others (or even cut one out completely and go for a swim instead - if you like swimming of course).
So for example:
Week 1: 7 miles, 6 mi, 3 mi (or swim)
Week 2: 8 mi, 5 mi, 3 mi (or swim)
Week 3: 9 mi, 4 mi, 3 mi (or swim)
Week 4: 10 mi (brisk walk the following day), 3 mi, 3 mi (or swim)
Week 5: 11 mi (Sunday, or as early as poss in the week AND take a brisk walk the following day), 2 mi, rest for a couple of days before the half marathon.
If you opt for the third run your weekly mileage stays about the same as you've been used to.
Take the long runs very slowly and be aware of any signs of injury. You'll be having to step up from 11 miles to 13.1, but in fact a lot of people only get to 10 miles in training and do fine.
