Helloooo! A great big huge welcome to the forum!!!
We share a lot of interesting thoughts and experiences on here, hope you will be inspired!
Now that you are a 5k runner, what are you thinking of doing next?
Thank you for the lovely warm welcome
I'm going to continue with a few more 5k - improving my time, stamina, the lovely v02 (!), and overall standard. Then I want to look at completing a 10k - maybe move towards it in stages - 5 / 7 / 9 / 10 ?? - take it slow- there's no rush!!
Fabulous!
When you are ready to start working on your 10K you might find Ju-Ju's Magic 10K plan useful - she runs them regularly over on the Bridge to 10K forum:

The current plan is on week 3, join the forum and look for the pinned posts for more insight.
It sure does πππͺπββοΈπββοΈ

Welcome! The fact that you already think it's fun is most of the battle won.
