Fine I thought. Sneaky pilates class tonight but won't mention that. Then I spot the flat tyre π₯. 15 mins of upper body and cardiovascular work later (with a bicycle pump!) I'm sitting in the tyre shop with a cup of tea. That wasn't on the plan πππ

This is clearly Khama for being "sneaky", although I can think of far more naughty things to be "sneaky" about than giving up your rest day for a pilates class, how about a nice glass of wine? I think you have earned it with all that upper body training and cycling to the repair shop
Haha. I never thought of it being khama! I'm afraid I wasn't very clear - it was a car tyre not bike - LOTS of air to pump π - but at least I got to drive to the shop!
As for being sneaky, there's only so much sneaky I'm going to admit to on a public forum π. But a nice glass of wine ... now you're talking π, maybe I'll wait til after pilates though
OMG, it might be time to invest in a foot pump, or better still, one of those nifty plug-it-into-the -charging-socket inflator jobbies. Sounds like you can tick off both strength training and cross training (Pilates) on your βrestβ day. Hope you got to receive your well earned reward π·π
