Hi ju-ju, I'm signed up for the London Winter 10K on 4 February 2019: londonwinterrun.co.uk for cancer research UK, then if all goes to plan I'm also signed up for the Croydon 10K on 31 March 2019: nice-work.org.uk/races/Croy... which i'm aiming to do for Crohn's and Colitis UK.

It's quite a step up from 10K but I've got a few months to build up to it, so hopefully everything will be fine.
