More seriously though, I was particularly thrilled by the response to the Big Half Marathon Poll a few weeks ago, and we are now thinking about the possibilities of starting a half marathon training plan later this year.
So we've already run across the visible part of the Moon! Just the "dark side" left to conquer! Well done to all our Lunar Runners (Or should we be called Loonies or Moonies from now on?)
Hi, just a question: are we going to keep having weekly updates on this challenge or are we adding miles here? last week I picked in miles (even though I was very tired from the 10K).
I am very happy as I managed 50.2 miles!!!
This brings my grand total (counting from the beginning of this) to 251.2 miles (or 404 Km), which I think, is my record for 6 weeks worth of running.
My plan has me to taper now for the HM (2 weeks to go!!!). So I guess I have given most of what I had
