Good last run out, just a couple of short tempo runs this week now and a couple of easy runs next week before my first HM sept 9th. All planning sorted, aware when to take gels etc, plus a decent pace, my fastest yet for anything over 10k. Good day today!!!

They are when you feel fine and excited one minute, then as the event grows closer this is mixed with.....you wonder, have I done enough? Have I done long enough training runs? Should I do a bit more? Sneak in another run, maybe....? I’m scared eeekkk! ..... have I got enough fuel/snacks? What if I need the loo?.........this is normal, and happens every time.....
In the end it will be fine, just go with the flow, stick with your plan.... you’ll be in that starting pen raring to go.....🏃♂️
