It doesn't feel right to be back from my run and not be sweating beyond belief! 🤣 No red face or struggle through the heat this morning, instead I had early summer rain to run in. It is easier for sure but a part of me misses the heat lol!

Turns out it was very high humidity, so it was more like a sauna!

Ah, not so good then. It was high humidity that bothered me this summer, not the actual heat.

Ha ha I think I kinda got used to sweating beyond belief. Now it feels like I haven't worked hard enough lol. But I'm not wishing it back for my half lol!

I still sweat a lot no matter what the temp is, I just don’t get my pulse pounding in my head 😂
