Ran 14k as my long run this week in the brilliant sunshine, which makes a change for West Cumbria in January... my long run should have been tomorrow but I have the flexibility to change as the weather forecast seems decidedly dodgy 24 hours hence.

Chose a new and much more hilly route this week, which made the run a bit more challenging. Thankfully managed to keep going at a reasonable pace so all is good :) πŸƒπŸΌπŸƒπŸΌπŸƒπŸΌ

Sounds like your doing great hills are never easy but what goes up must come down.

I did my long run today as well. I think long run Friday is the way forward!
