Some of you may know I've been on the semi IC ( as I'm now calling it) for an ankle problem. I'm allowed continue my runstreak on 1 mile a day and I have some extra painful exercises to do which I think are WORKING...
This week has been extra horrible and I needed to go to the woods... and my ankle was ok...
I went with my son and there was just a spatter of rain so it smelled delicious... I was shocked at how tough I found it as not done for a while. We did 4 miles together and no music. This was a biggie for me and it felt good as my mental gremlins have also been messing with my head.
And I passed my 200 mark on my streak ✔🕺🏽
I'm going to start again with a new baseline and I know I'm going to be stronger, and I'm hoping for a December marathon....

no!! but I like having something over my ears to protect my earphones which get ruined constantly from doing this, otherwise i wouldnt bother with one !!!
