my doctor ask me if I would be interested in going into phase 3 clinical trials for macular degeneration gene therapy. Has anyone on this forum been in a clinical trial or what is your opinion?

Hi Slattery. I haven't been in any trials but it sounds very interesting to me. I've left a link about it below although you probably already know what it's all about. Keep in touch and let us know if you decide to participate in the trials. All the best.
Never been in any clinical trial but I'd jump at the chance if it meant a chance at an improvement in eyesight.

Dear Slattery,
Opportunities to volunteer for clinical trials or be part of research in other ways occur regularly. If anyone would like to take part in research please see the link below.
