Have you looked on Google? Either that or you could have a look at the macularsociety.org website, you may be able to find something on there. I'm sure though that someone who can help you here will be along soon,
Good Morning Fattypatty,
We do not recommend using Google for medical advice, although it can be useful, it may also give you some worrying or unrelated advice. It is best that you get into contact with either the eye clinic or your ophthalmologist. We aren't medically trained here and cannot give you the advice you need.
Best Wishes,
Becky

Hi, love your name ( as kids my friend and I called ourselves the " fatsy patsys"). If your eye doc advised you they should have taken into account any meds you are on.
The data sheet for Macushield Gold just says pregnant/ lactating women should consult dr before taking & not recommended for under 18s.
Ingredients: LMZ3 marigold extract ( containing Lutein, meso-zeaxanthin, zeaxanthin in a very specific formulation), vitamin c, vitamin e, zinc and copper.
You should be able to cross check with the data sheet for your blood thinners or check with your pharmacist.
I take aspirin and it's not contraindicated.
Thanks for advice 😊
