Hi to all you helpful people and thank you! - I have not been replying because I have signed up for everything you have sent along to me and now am in the process of sorting out who's who and from where! AND, how to get back there! I am glad to have just happened here this morning.

I find this support so comforting. When I leave the house carrying all my glasses, tiny flashlight and magnifying glass I think "pack horse" and wonder which of the "friends I haven't met yet" I will encounter today. It does make a difference in my attitude and how I approach my day. It also makes me wonder how many are suffering by themselves - I, myself, am trying to keep these changes 'secret'. My first big step was to connect with all of you. That has worked out better than expected.....

Thanks again,

Adaptor
