twitching

Does any one else get loads of twitching through their whole body?

it wakes me up at night

I have just asked my daughter to lie on top of me (in the nicest possibly way!) to stop me twitching!! I am having a tired spell at the moment and my arms legs toes eyebrows and ears are all going... I wake myself up kicking as well.

Meeee. It starts at night as I'm going off to sleep with my legs, then bum, then hips, and works its way upwards! I get all the twitches going on its crazy!

My OH says i twitch and jerk quite a lot at night and i havent always done this !!!

Yep I get a lot of twitching. It is worse thr more tired I am xxx

Yes I am the same, lots of twitching had to move my husband into spare room just so that he could get a good nights sleep without me waking him up. Sometimes I just get off to sleep and twitch so much I wake myself up!!! I agree with megs_tom, the more tired the worse the twitching is. xxx

Yes, Thank- you I twitch too. But only when I am tired.

Ive been twitching for 18yrs .........i can sit and my whole thumb will start moving on its own ,its freaky and i get that all over my body too .never has anyone investigated nor seemed botherd about it .

I started at night starting with legs. It then spread to the whole body. I know jerk and jump during the day as well. This does get worse when I'm tired. I have had to start using plastic cups as I have broken so many glass tumblers and cups etc.
