Pins and needles/tingly in my shoulder blades???

I keep getting very bad horrible tingly shoulder pains like pins and needles.always in my shoulder blades, does anyone else get this??

I suffer this and i also get it all in my back muscles ,i think its a combination in my case of fibromyalgia and nerve inflamation as i suffer terrible neuro symptoms ,you could be trapping a nerve in your neck?i would speak to your g.p

Hi, I get it all the time,rightt shoulder is worse, I think its where I sit at my desk all day using my mouse, I just can;t shift it once it sets in, and only going to bed gets rid of it, its like a dull tingly achy which i feel needs stretching, if that makes sense.

I was getting it in the left shoulder, and in my face, but this has gone since I untrapped the nerve
