Both packed up within days of each other. The highlight of my life is that 'Friends' advert with Harvey and rabbit. Blinding! Even makes me smile when I'm feeling crap.

2 more weeks to my next rheumy appt. Can't wait. XX

Can't you go see the rheumatologist earlier than that, what are you taking for the pain? You must be exhausted without sleep and bearing the pain up. Shame about the telly, have you tried iplayer online or computer games? Anything to take your mind off!

Taking dihydrocodeine, pregabalin, ibuprofen and paracetamol (at different times of course). Currently can't concentrate on much. XX

Funnily enough I am on day 5 (I think!) of my visit from Mr. Insomnia (The B*st*rd!). Apologies 4 that little outburst there! All I can say is thank goodness 4 DVD's & instant streaming :0) Hope u get some kip & relief soon my lovely x

i havn't slept proper for wot seems a decade all i seem to do is power nap for mins at a time.can't say don't sleep at night but lucky to get 2 hours which i suppose is better than nothing.been in constant pain for 3 months painkillers don't work so don't take them.i can handle pain but everyday and night is wearing me out and sometimes i feel i could kill sumone for the stupidiest thing.havn't been diagnosed with anything but being tested for lupus x

In answer to both, I could scratch for England so know what you mean. All I know is if him up there invented something more evil then I don't want it. Let's hope we all feel better and less pain soon. XX
