Feel wiped out today and had a very bad night's sleep. Could not understand why. Then found that I had not taken my morning medication yesterday. Just goes to show, I need all these pills and must ensure that I take them every day !!
So it has been a day of lying on the sofa, fire blazing and catching up with my TV recordings !!
It's rare for me to forget the morning meds as they usually get me out of the bed, otherwise, I always know by lunchtime if I haven't had them. Hope your'e feeling better now.
Glad you posted that comment. I sometimes miss my tabs but never given it much thought until i read this. I don't sleep that well but looking back if i've missed tabs i definately have more of a problem night. (like last night!). Hope all is ok now
